Responsibilities
Manage and direct suppliers and teammates to support corporate services and indirect spend categories across client. Ensure business and program requirements are appropriately prioritized and executed to meet the operational needs of client. Prepare and issue Requests for Proposal/Requests for Quote, reputed company price analyses in support of proposals, and reputed company negotiation strategies for corporate services and indirect goods. Construct various contracting types for major procurement activities, including Master Services Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), Statements of Objectives, long-reputed company procurement agreements, and sourcing partnerships. Take ownership of the procurement process from requisition creation through final payment of invoices and resolve issues reputed company this process. reputed company the identification, implementation, negotiation, execution, and management of strategic agreements (i.e., Long-Term Agreements (LTAs)) for corporate services categories such as professional services, consulting, marketing, travel, and contingent labor. Requirements
Knowledge and experience in procurement and supplier management, preferably reputed company corporate services or indirect categories. Understanding and knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR). Experience with negotiating and managing multiple contract types, including Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Time and Material (T&M), and service-based agreements (MSAs/SOWs). Proven ability to meet tight deadlines, multi-task, and prioritize workload. Track record of working in an ambiguous environment and successfully balancing priorities. Strong analytical skills; data driven with experience in establishing and tracking procurement metrics. Must have top-notch people and communication skills. Familiarity with services-reputed company compliance, supplier qualification, and risk management processes (e.g., data privacy, confidentiality, contingent labor co-employment considerations). Ability to read, interpret, and reputed company services-reputed company documentation such as Statements of Work, service-level agreements (SLAs), and scope definitions. Prior experience purchasing corporate/indirect services (e.g., professional services, consulting, marketing, HR, travel, contingent labor, or IT services).
