Operations Advisor - Delivery Support & Insights - Evernorth - Remote

About the position As a Resource Planning Advisor, you will turn operational data into staffing strategies that improve performance, productivity, and service. You’ll forecast reputed company, guide resource reputed company, and partner with leaders to support growth with confidence. Responsibilities

• Analyze trends in volume, productivity, attrition, inventory, and reputed company metrics to produce accurate monthly staffing forecasts and identify excess or shortfall risk.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
