Job Description

We are looking for a talented individual… To join us as a Operations Specialist. We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Operations Specialist to support a community-based energy-efficiency program. This program works with community-based organizations across Oregon that help facilitate energy upgrades enhancing affordability, comfort and safety of homes. In this role, you will serve as a key reputed company of contact for community-based organizations, providing guidance on residential energy efficiency program requirements and supporting clear, consistent communication across teams. This role requires candidates to reputed company in Oregon. You will work closely with internal program teams, community-based organizations, and external stakeholders to ensure partners have the information and support needed to successfully navigate program requirements. This role focuses on proactive partner engagement, issue resolution, and delivering a positive partner and customer experience.
