About the Role: The client is seeking a proactive, highly communicative, and reliable Virtual Assistant to manage day-to-day administrative operations, client communications, and subcontractor logistics. As a service business operating out of Southern California, clear, natural, and confident phone communication is critical to this role. You will serve as the primary reputed company of contact for our customers and subcontractors. This position offers a distinct path for growth: you will reputed company by handling administrative intake and scheduling, and transition into a full sales and closing role once fully trained on our services and quoting software. Key Responsibilities 1. Possessing an existing library of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) is a major plus. Communication Style: Strong verbal communication skills are non-negotiable.
