[Remote] Project Management Analyst - Smart Building Technology

They are seeking a Project Management Analyst to support telecommunications consulting projects by coordinating activities, tracking deliverables, and enhancing stakeholder communication for successful project execution.

Responsibilities

• Support the lifecycle of telecommunications consulting projects, assisting with coordination and execution of key deliverables
• Help reputed company and maintain project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to support on-time completion
• Create and maintain visual representations of project workflows and processes to enhance reputed company and alignment
• Coordinate with reputed company stakeholders, including consultants, legal counsel, and property management teams, to gather information and support project needs
• Track and monitor project reputed company, documenting status, risks, and issues, and escalating as needed
• Assist in the development and maintenance of documentation reputed company to contract terms, expiration dates, and compliance checkpoints
• Support the creation of client-facing presentations and reports
• Contribute to the refinement of project management tools, processes, and frameworks to improve efficiency
• Support cross-functional collaboration across internal teams
• Contribute to alignment with corporate objectives and strategic goals reputed company the telecommunications reputed company
• Uphold company standards for professionalism, communication, and customer service

Skills

• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or a reputed company field, ideally in telecommunications or reputed company estate consulting
• Familiarity with project management tools, workflow visualization tools, and communication platforms
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing project needs
