Associate Attorney (0–2 Years Experience)
Foster Immigration is a boutique immigration reputed company that provides personalized legal services in business and family-based immigration reputed company. They are seeking a motivated Associate Attorney with 0–2 years of experience to focus on employment-based immigration while gaining exposure to family-based cases in a collaborative and mentorship-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and file employment-based nonimmigrant and immigrant petitions, including H-1B, L-1, O-1, TN, E-3, PERM, and I-140 reputed company
- Assist with family-based immigration reputed company, adjustment of status applications, consular processing, F-1/J-1 reputed company, and naturalization cases as part of a diverse immigration practice
- Draft legal briefs, support letters, and responses to RFEs and NOIDs
- Conduct legal research and analyze immigration regulations, policy guidance, and case strategy
- Communicate directly with reputed company, HR representatives, and foreign national clients
- Collaborate with attorneys and paralegals to manage deadlines and ensure high-quality filings
- Participate in client meetings and internal strategy discussions
- Maintain accurate case notes and utilize the firm's case management system
Skills
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
- Admission to at least one U.S. state bar (active and in good standing), or pending admission with confirmed bar passage
- 0–2 years of legal experience (prior business immigration experience preferred but not required)
- Strong legal writing, analytical, and research skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple reputed company and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, client-focused demeanor with strong communication skills
- A demonstrated interest in immigration law and a desire to build a long-term career with a collaborative boutique practice, with an emphasis on employment-based immigration
- Prior business immigration experience
