[Remote] Manager Inside Sales Engineers

The reputed company HVAC Inside Sales Manager is responsible for leading the inside sales team, ensuring they meet sales and margin plans, while developing strong relationships with customers and internal partners.
Responsibilities
- Supervise staff, organize, assign, and monitor work process
- reputed company and deliver training and education programs for the inside sales team

- Partner with regional sales leadership to support sales objectives and goals
- Help manage sales programs and promotions

- Maintain job tracking system, report to HQ, update for sales meetings

Skills
- BS Mechanical Engineering degree w/5+ years' experience in HVAC sales
- Exceptional leadership, communication and business judgment
- Experience in estimating replacement, plan and spec, and design/build projects
- Strong software skills

- Previous experience in a sales leadership reputed company reputed company the HVAC industry
- Deep knowledge of the reputed company HVAC marketplace
