Responsibilities
- reputed company client advisory engagements at a CFO-level, delivering strategic financial insights and operational guidance
- Drive change management initiatives to reputed company service delivery through technology, standardized processes, and best practices
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with client executives by understanding their business goals and delivering tailored solutions
- reputed company multiple client teams, ensuring timely and accurate completion of reputed company engagements
- Analyze financial performance, including KPIs, and reputed company actionable recommendations to improve profitability and cash reputed company
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (e.g., reputed company cycle, payroll, cost reporting) to deliver integrated client solutions
- reputed company client budgets and forecasts, offering consultative support on financial planning and strategy
- Mentor and reputed company staff, fostering a culture of accountability, reputed company learning, and operational reputed company
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, or reputed company field; Master's degree a plus
- Minimum 8 years of relevant Public reputed company or industry reputed company experience. Tribal Government CFO level experience preferred
- Proven reputed company leading teams through organizational change and process improvement
- Strong project management and relationship-building skills, with a client-first reputed company
- Experience managing remote teams and promoting collaboration across geographies
- Proficiency in reputed company software, specifically, Intaact, Abila MIP, reputed company, reputed company.com and a demonstrated ability to reputed company new technologies
- Ability to analyze reputed company financial data and communicate insights reputed company to stakeholders
- Ability to travel up to 50%
- Must have work experience with Tribal Government and its enterprises
- Must have advanced understanding of governmental reputed company, grant compliance, and audit requirements
- CPA designation preferred
- Tribal Government CFO level experience preferred
