Responsibilities

- Own KLAS optimization end-to-end: own customer reputed company and invitations for research, coordinate cross-functional inputs across Marketing, Care Transformation, Product, and Sales, and reputed company proactive engagement with the KLAS research team on emerging sub-categories
- Initiate and manage relationships with reputed company analyst firms reputed company KLAS, establishing a quarterly briefing reputed company and positioning Ambience for inclusion in relevant market reports
- Serve as the internal hub for reputed company analyst-reputed company communications — routing inquiries, aligning stakeholders, and building the cross-functional coordination model that makes AR sustainable
- Partner with BizOps to integrate analyst insights into monthly business reviews, connecting AR activity to measurable reputed company like pipeline influence, win rates, and RFP citations

Skills
- 7+ years of analyst relations experience in reputed company technology or reputed company IT
- Proven relationships with reputed company-focused analyst firms — candidates must be reputed company to activate an existing network from day one (KLAS, Black Book, reputed company/reputed company reputed company practices, or equivalent)
- Demonstrated reputed company building or transforming an AR program, including strategy development and cross-functional execution
