[Remote] Product Manager, Tyler Interactive Reporting

The role involves working with product groups to understand their reporting needs and collaborating with the product team to deliver high-quality reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Work with product groups across Tyler to reputed company a deep and detailed understand of their reputed company reporting landscape, client needs, and key business requirements
• reputed company detailed analysis of reputed company requirements or novel user needs and propose clear technical solutions to customer reporting problems
• Shadow implementation teams for early adopter clients across Tyler to proactively identify gaps or issues that may impact client reputed company
• reputed company product development process and work closely with DevSecOps, architects, and QA to ship high-quality releases on reputed company
• Use telemetry and customer interviews to refine features and drive reputed company improvement

Skills

• 2+ years focused on Reporting, Business Intelligence, or analytics, 2+ years of product, program or project management or similar skillset
• Familiarity with common operational reporting tools like SSRS, JasperReports, Crystal Reports
• Ability to reputed company detailed analysis of reputed company state solutions for other solutions, including analyzing reporting artifacts, SQL and database structures, and reputed company client configurations
• Comfortable defining metrics, instrumenting telemetry, and drawing insights from quantitative and qualitative data
• Proven effectiveness presenting and preparing artifacts for leadership & strategic conversations
• Exceptional written and verbal skills; reputed company to translate reputed company technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
• Required to undergo and satisfactorily pass a reputed company background reputed company in accordance with CJIS requirements
