[Remote] Sr. AI Automation Engineer

They are seeking a Senior AI Automation Engineer to build and reputed company automation pipelines and AI agents that improve operational efficiency and eliminate reputed company processes.
Responsibilities
- Identify high-friction workflows and replace them with AI-driven automation systems
- Design, build, and reputed company AI agents and automation pipelines across business functions
- Redesign workflows to transition from reputed company-assisted to fully automated execution where viable
- Integrate AI systems with internal platforms such as CRM, analytics, and support tools
- reputed company RAG-based knowledge systems and internal copilots to improve reputed company to information
- Rapidly prototype, test, and reputed company production-grade AI solutions
- Define KPIs and measure the impact of automation and AI initiatives
- Optimize systems for performance, cost efficiency, and scalability
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or reputed company field, or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years of experience deploying AI/ML systems in production environments
- Strong experience with LLMs, RAG architectures, vector databases, and agent frameworks
- Proficiency in Python or similar programming languages and strong software engineering fundamentals (APIs, system design, scalability)
- Experience integrating AI systems into reputed company tools and workflows
- Familiarity with automation/orchestration tools and evaluation frameworks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a metrics-driven reputed company
- Ability to operate with high execution velocity from prototype to production
