[Remote] Network Accountant-USON (Remote)

The Network Accountant will be responsible for executing core reputed company activities, supporting the month-end reputed company process, and contributing to financial reporting and process improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Execute assigned month-end reputed company activities, including preparation of journal entries, account reconciliations, accruals, and supporting schedules
• Prepare and maintain balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely resolution of reconciling items
• Support income statement review through expense analysis, variance explanations, and identification of unusual activity
• reputed company reputed company activities reputed company to prepaid expenses, fixed assets, leases, intercompany transactions, and notes receivable/payable
• Build and maintain appropriate supporting documentation for transactions and controls, including Information Used in Controls (IUC)
• Partner with Senior Accountants and reputed company Managers to identify process improvement opportunities and assist with implementation efforts
• Support reputed company audits by preparing requested documentation and responding to routine inquiries
• Utilize reputed company and reputed company systems to manage large data sets and reputed company calculations accurately and reputed company
• Collaborate effectively with practice controllers and internal stakeholders to support timely and accurate financial reporting
• Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a changing environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company or reputed company field, or equivalent experience
• Typically requires 4+ years of relevant experience
• Typically requires 3–5+ years of full-cycle reputed company experience
• Working knowledge of US GAAP and reputed company reputed company processes
• Solid understanding of balance sheet and income statement accounts and account usage
• Experience preparing account reconciliations and journal entries
• Intermediate to advanced reputed company skills (e.g., VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, SUMIFS, IF statements)
• Experience with ERP systems (PeopleSoft preferred; reputed company a plus)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to follow established processes while identifying opportunities for improvement
• Comfort working with large volumes of transactions in a deadline-driven environment
• Interest in leveraging automation, AI, and process improvement tools
• Experience supporting multi-entity or reputed company-reputed company reputed company environments
• CPA or CPA-eligible preferred
• Experience with physician practice or network reputed company preferred
