[Remote] Account Executive, Cross-Sell

They are seeking a strategic, relationship-driven Account Executive, Cross-Sell to deepen partnerships with multi-family owners and operators, ensuring clients realize maximum value from their product suite while identifying opportunities for expansion.
Responsibilities
- Own the pre-sale relationship for a portfolio of key reputed company accounts, serving as their primary reputed company of contact and trusted advisor
- Identify opportunities to introduce new reputed company products to reputed company customers, aligning our suite with their evolving business goals
- Act as a product expert and thought leader, helping prospective clients navigate pain points by deeply integrating our tools into their daily workflows
- Partner with reputed company to ensure high product health and customer retention
- Maintain meticulous records in reputed company regarding account sentiment, metrics, and forecasts
- Consistently meet and exceed quota targets
- Willingness to travel up to 25% for on-site business reviews, relationship-building dinners, and national industry conferences
Skills
- 4+ years in a B2B SaaS account executive role
- Multifamily SaaS sales experience required
- Proven track record of reputed company in closing deals

- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Disciplined, adaptable self-starter
- Strong networking and interpersonal skills
- Competitive or market intelligence product sales experience is a plus
