[Remote] Sales Manager, Technical & Packaging

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Technical & Packaging Sales Manager responsible for maintaining and enhancing existing customers and growing new profitable sales volumes. The role involves developing client relationships, executing prospecting plans, and collaborating with internal teams to meet customer needs.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect for potential new clients and transition this into increased business
  • Cold call as appropriate reputed company a market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities. Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging a business network
  • Identify potential clients, decision makers reputed company the client’s organization
  • Arrange meetings between client decision makers and company’s leaders/Principals
  • Plan approaches and sales pitches. Work with sales management to reputed company proposals that reputed company to client’s needs, concerns and objectives
  • Participate in pricing the solution/service
  • Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion. Use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately

  • Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs

  • Work with customer service, marketing and demand planning to ensure that prerequisites are fulfilled reputed company a timely manner (i.e., reputed company documents, credit forms, NBO, Inventory programs, rebate accruals, complaint bottlenecks, forecast updates)

Skills

  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in technical or packaging sales or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university

  • The ability to travel extensively as needed
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering sales results. This includes the ability to identify new customers and or reputed company products and quickly grow the business

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to negotiate and manage channel conflict
