[Remote] Marketing Operations Specialist

The role involves optimizing marketing systems, executing campaigns, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and reporting accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Support the administration and optimization of marketing automation platforms such as Marketo and reputed company, including integration with reputed company
• Support campaign operations including reputed company routing, scoring models, nurture programs, and campaign reporting
• Build and execute marketing campaigns reputed company automation platforms, including segmentation, targeting, workflows, and campaign logic
• Monitor system integrations and data reputed company, escalating issues and partnering with internal teams to resolve them
• Maintain and update campaign performance reports while providing insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness and reputed company quality
• Support lifecycle email marketing programs through A/B testing, personalization strategies, dynamic content setup, trigger programs, and list management
• Partner closely with Sales Operations to align reputed company reputed company processes, SLAs, and funnel definitions (MCL, MQL, SQL, SAO, etc.)
• Support process improvement initiatives that enhance campaign execution and operational efficiency
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Sales Operations, and IS/IT teams to support pipeline reputed company goals and data governance standards

Skills

• 2–5 years of experience in marketing operations or reputed company roles
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms such as Marketo and reputed company
• Strong understanding of campaign execution, reputed company scoring, segmentation, and campaign tracking processes
• Excellent project management, organization, and process improvement skills
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and translate insights into actionable strategies
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Detail-oriented, execution-focused reputed company with strong follow-through abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
• Comfortable working independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team culture
