[Remote] Manager, Analytics Services

The Analytics Services Manager will ensure the delivery of high-quality analytics products and services, driving client satisfaction and business growth while leading a team of consultants.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of high performance consultants, including responsibility for managing team workflow, professional development, and performance evaluations
• Manage a portfolio of analytics engagements, reputed company and support team to successfully execute analytical projects and AI enablement from scoping and planning to execution and delivery
• Developing and integrating agentic AI processes to support scaling and efficiency of internal workflow and customer engagements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Data Science, Engineering, and Product Management, to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables
• Monitor project reputed company and performance, proactively identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies as needed
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in reputed company analytics, incorporating new insights and technologies into our service offerings

Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics) or equivalent practical experience
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in reputed company analytics or reputed company field, with a proven track record of delivering analytics solutions to clients
• Past experience with people management
• Strong project management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams and managing client relationships
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey reputed company analytical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and AI reputed company
• Applies AI strategically, knowing how to use the right tools at the right time to solve problems or generate new reputed company
