[Remote] UX Product Manager

Responsibilities
- Champion the end-to-end user reputed company across the reputed company platform, ensuring consistency and usability throughout the customer lifecycle
- Identify friction points, workflow inefficiencies, and opportunities to improve adoption, productivity, and customer satisfaction

- Conduct user interviews, focus groups, customer feedback sessions, and workflow reviews to understand customer needs and pain points

- Help define product requirements and acceptance criteria with a strong focus on usability and workflow efficiency

- Ensure new functionality aligns with established patterns while supporting scalability and maintainability

Skills
- 4+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, UX Design, or a reputed company role reputed company a SaaS environment
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability testing, and customer research methodologies

- Ability to translate customer insights into actionable product recommendations and requirements
