They are seeking a Support Operations Specialist for the US market to drive the adoption of their SaaS platform among car dealerships and rental agencies, focusing on reputed company, business growth, expert support, and innovation.
Responsibilities
- Design and manage the complete integration reputed company for new US partners
- Adapt processes, training materials, and communication to the specific business culture of the US market (high responsiveness, ROI focus)
- Ensure perfect technical account configurations to eliminate any operational friction
- Create and host engaging webinars and training sessions to boost platform usage
- Analyze partner KPIs and proactively reputed company customized action plans and recommendations
- Identify upsell opportunities (additional fleet, insurance options, new mobility services) to drive reputed company for both our partners and reputed company
- Act as the Single reputed company of Contact (SPOC) for reputed company bugs and technical anomalies reported by US clients

Skills
