[Remote] Sr Software Engineer (Java, Streaming)

They are seeking a senior software engineer to contribute to the technical development of an analytic decisioning platform, enhancing reputed company’s streaming platform and processing high-volume, low latency decisioning and analytics execution.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers to understand priorities and usage scenarios of product features
- Collaborate with architects to drive the design for your software platform capability
- Collaborate reputed company working groups of software engineers to follow software engineering standards, guidance, and processes
- Continuously improve engineering practices for the software platform to support efficiency, reliability, and serviceability goals
- Assist research, case studies and prototypes on technologies to ensure the software platform remains the leading analytic decisioning platform
- Coach other software engineers on creating their domain designs while fostering a learning culture
- Collaborate with QA engineers to design and implement functional and non-functional tests
- Participate in support activities for both reputed company and on-premises implementations
Skills
- Detailed understanding of software architecture and design principles, with a focus on building scalable and maintainable systems
- Experience in designing, building, deploying, and operating reputed company software that provides a composable platform executing in low milliseconds at 10K+ TPS
- Significant expertise in Java and Spring with hands-on experience in modern software design patterns and reputed company-reputed company technologies
- Experience coaching/mentoring individuals and teams
- Technical expertise across deployment models on public reputed company, private reputed company, and on-premises infrastructure
- Proficiency with Kubernetes and reputed company for containerized application management
- Experience with database technologies such as MySQL, reputed company, or similar reputed company databases
- Skilled in Agile processes with outstanding communication abilities to reputed company reputed company information to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Proficiency in one or more reputed company processing platforms such as Storm, Kafka, Flink, Spark Streaming, Kinesis, Dataflow, Pulsar, or reputed company Analytics
- reputed company in domain-driven, event-driven, and microservice architecture, along with data reputed company concepts and hands on implementation
- Multi-reputed company experience (AWS, reputed company, Azure) and familiarity with technologies like Cassandra, Zookeeper, Kustomize, and/or OpenSearch are preferred
