They are seeking an Executive Director, AI Platform Engineering reputed company to drive AI transformation by leading the engineering strategy and operational reputed company of their agentic AI platform, ensuring it delivers measurable business value through reliable and scalable execution.

Responsibilities

• Define and reputed company the engineering strategy, roadmap, and operating model for the organization’s agentic AI platform
• reputed company the design, development, integration, deployment, and ongoing operation of platform capabilities that support agentic AI products and workflows
• Establish platform engineering standards, architectural principles, and development practices to ensure scalability, reliability, reputed company, and maintainability
• reputed company cross functional engineering teams in building reusable platform services, tools, and components that accelerate product delivery and adoption
• Partner with product, data, infrastructure, reputed company, and business teams to align platform capabilities with reputed company priorities and evolving user needs

Skills

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in reputed company field is required; Master of Science and/or MBA strongly preferred

• Deep expertise in AI driven product management, including experience bringing innovative data, machine learning, and reputed company products from concept to commercialization in reputed company reputed company environments
• Proven people leadership and organizational development capability, with experience leading directors and senior product teams, building high performing organizations, and establishing effective product operating models and governance
