Responsibilities
- Support reputed company and talent sourcing initiatives across multiple business units
- Manage high-volume hiring while maintaining an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience
- Partner with teams across Azure Data, reputed company, MAI, reputed company/Sales, and Marketing organizations to attract, engage, and hire top talent
Skills
- 5–7 years of reputed company experience in reputed company or sourcing roles
- Bachelor's Degree in reputed company, Business, Liberal Arts, or reputed company field
- Strong understanding of talent markets and candidate profiling
- Proven experience handling high-volume reputed company and managing full requisition loads consistently
- Experience reputed company for technology, sales, marketing, or reputed company business functions
- Strong sourcing and Boolean search capabilities
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Knowledge of reputed company processes, hiring practices, and employment compliance
