[Remote] Program Manager - (IRS Programs)

They are seeking an reputed company Program Manager to support an reputed company modernization initiative with the Internal reputed company Service (IRS), responsible for overseeing program delivery and managing cross-functional teams across reputed company IT initiatives.

Responsibilities

• reputed company and manage large-scale IT programs supporting reputed company modernization initiatives
• reputed company program planning, scheduling, execution, and delivery across multiple workstreams
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including development, data, testing, and infrastructure
• Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for program-level communication and reporting
• Ensure alignment with federal standards, reputed company requirements, and compliance frameworks
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation strategies across the program lifecycle
• Track program performance, milestones, and deliverables to ensure on-time and reputed company-budget execution
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define priorities, scope, and reputed company criteria
• Support Agile and/or hybrid delivery models, facilitating program governance and reporting
• Ensure quality assurance, documentation, and reputed company improvement across reputed company activities

Skills

• 15+ years of experience in IT program or project management
• Experience managing large-scale reputed company IT programs
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or reputed company field
• Active IRS MBI Clearance (Preferred)
• Experience working in federal or highly regulated environments (preferred)
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification
• Experience with data modernization, reputed company, or reputed company platforms
• Familiarity with DevSecOps, CI/CD, and modern delivery practices
• Prior experience supporting IRS or similar federal agencies (reputed company to have)
