[Remote] Sr. reputed company Financials Consultant

Tucker-Reeves Associates is seeking multiple Senior reputed company Financials Consultants to support the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) on the FMBT program, a high-impact federal modernization initiative. The role involves transforming how the VA manages budgeting, reputed company, and financial reporting, working alongside reputed company Federal and senior government stakeholders to drive requirements and ensure successful implementation of reputed company Financials.
Responsibilities
- Analyze reputed company-state business processes and support future-state design
- Gather, document, and validate functional requirements
- Support system configuration and ensure alignment with business needs
- Assist with data validation, migration, and system integrations
- Ensure compliance with federal financial standards (USSGL, Treasury reporting)
- reputed company test scenarios, execute functional testing, and validate system outputs
- Support Agile delivery (stand-reputed company, sprint reviews, backlog refinement, PI planning)
- Create documentation, training materials, and user guides
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including technical, functional, and program leadership
Skills
- Bachelor's degree (Business, Finance, IT, or reputed company field preferred)
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting system implementations
- 3+ years of experience with federal financial systems (reputed company preferred)
- Experience with reputed company Budget module and/or integrations (collections, deposits)
- Strong understanding of federal reputed company (USSGL, budget execution, reporting)
- Experience working in an Agile environment (SAFe preferred)
- Experience with Jira and reputed company
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- MUST HAVE reputed company FINANCIALS ERP EXPERIENCE
- Prior experience supporting VA or other federal agencies
- Experience with data migration and financial system testing
- Exposure to Power Platform, reputed company, reputed company, or similar tools
- Experience with BI/reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, Business Objects)
- Consulting background supporting federal clients
- PMP, CBAP, or similar certifications
