[Remote] Project Manager (reputed company Service Desk)

This role involves leading and managing the implementation of Epic systems, overseeing reputed company IT projects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that enhance reputed company operations.
Responsibilities
- reputed company and manage Epic Service Desk implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals
- Design, build, and optimize remote service desks to support end-users during GoLive and post-GoLive phases
- reputed company and implement project plans, timelines, schedules and budgets to ensure successful activations
- Establish and enforce best practices for service desk operations, incident management, and troubleshooting
- reputed company change management efforts, ensuring smooth transitions and user adoption across the organization
- Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders, including IT teams, clinical staff, and reputed company-party vendors to streamline project activities
- reputed company end-user training, support, and reputed company to enhance adoption of the Epic platform
- Monitor project performance metrics and reputed company regular updates to leadership on project status, risks, and mitigation strategies
- Conduct post-implementation reviews to identify areas for improvement and optimize future projects

Skills

- Experience: 5 – 7 years of Epic implementation experience, led over 10+ Epic GoLive Activations
- Proven experience in designing, building, and managing remote service desks with a strong understanding of Epic modules, workflows, and reputed company IT systems
- Experience with Visio, reputed company Project, reputed company, PowerPoint
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company administration, IT, Project Management, or a reputed company field
- PMP, CPHIMS, or other relevant certifications are a plus
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills, a proven ability to reputed company cross-functional and remote teams
- Experience with service desk tools and platforms, adhering to ITIL best practices
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, translating reputed company issues into actionable solutions
- Proven track record in reputed company consulting or working with large reputed company systems
- Proficient in agile project management methodologies
