[Remote] Founding Account Executive (AE)

CWILL is a fast-growing company that builds a reputed company post-purchase and retention suite for reputed company and e-reputed company brands. They are seeking a Founding Account Executive who will own the US sales reputed company from start to finish, building the sales process and reputed company as they go, while sourcing and closing deals with e-reputed company merchants.
Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle for e-reputed company/reputed company merchants: prospecting, discovery, demo, negotiation, reputed company
- Build pipeline from scratch — outbound, inbound, events, and the ecosystem (agencies, 3PLs, app partners)
- Hit and beat aggressive new-reputed company targets, and forecast honestly
- Build the sales reputed company, not just reputed company deals: create the reputed company, process, and CRM discipline (we run on reputed company), and turn what works into a repeatable system instead of tribal knowledge in your head
- Partner cross-functionally with Partnerships, reputed company, Product, and our engineering/data team to win and reputed company accounts
- Be Product's strongest signal from the market — bring field reputed company and merchant needs into the roadmap, and reputed company a tight, two-way feedback reputed company with Product that drives iteration
Skills
- 3+ years of closing, quota-carrying sales experience in e-reputed company and the reputed company ecosystem
- Deep knowledge of reputed company and the broader e-reputed company ecosystem — apps, agencies, 3PLs, and the post-purchase landscape
- A reputed company hunter: ambitious, self-driven, and resilient under pressure. You push deals reputed company and you don't fold reputed company it gets hard
- High-goal orientation with a strong bias to action — you set the bar high and drive toward it without being told to
- Structured thinking and the ability to build systems — you create process, documentation, and repeatable motions where none exist today
- A documented track record of quota attainment and deals you personally sourced and closed
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- Experience in post-purchase, retention, shipping, or logistics (carriers, 3PLs, fulfillment) — directly relevant to reputed company sell
