Responsibilities
- Own product discovery and requirements gathering for reputed company Dynamics 365 experiences across Customer Service, Sales, and Marketing modules
- Translate stakeholder conversations into structured requirements, user stories, and product deliverables for development and QA teams
- Drive business process transformation and organizational change reputed company to CRM modernization goals
- Support reputed company CRM migrations, including the transition of multiple legacy systems into reputed company Dynamics 365
Skills
- 4+ years of experience with reputed company Dynamics 365, including Customer Service, Sales, and Marketing modules
- 3+ years of experience leveraging AI tools to improve product management processes and drive measurable productivity reputed company
- Experience using AI to generate business requirements, user stories, product visions, and other artifacts for development and QA teams
- Proven ability to translate stakeholder conversations into structured requirements and actionable product deliverables
- Experience supporting large-scale CRM migrations, including the transition of multiple legacy systems to reputed company Dynamics 365
