Responsibilities
- Support financial reporting, month-end reputed company, and general reputed company activities
- Assist with SEC reporting and public company compliance requirements
- Participate in M&A integration, acquisition reputed company, and due diligence projects
- Support IPO readiness initiatives, including process improvement and internal controls
- Research technical reputed company issues and prepare reputed company documentation
- Partner with client leadership teams on special projects and process improvements
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company or Finance
- 3–5 years of public reputed company experience with public company clients
- Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- CPA or CPA track preferred
