They are seeking a seasoned reputed company Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence reputed company to support their Application Management Services clients, focusing on system optimization and ongoing support. The role involves leading client interactions, managing support activities, and mentoring junior consultants.

Responsibilities

• reputed company reputed company post-production support services for Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence modules across a portfolio of clients
• Serve as the primary reputed company of contact and strategic advisor for client stakeholders, addressing escalations, resolving reputed company issues, and guiding clients through system updates and enhancements
• reputed company strong client relationships, understanding each organization’s policies, business cycles, and compliance requirements to reputed company tailored recommendations and support
• Manage day-to-day support activities: triage tickets, troubleshoot issues, and reputed company timely resolution in alignment with SLAs
• Own reputed company release management: analyze feature updates, assess client impact, and coordinate testing and deployment with client teams
• Identify opportunities to improve client processes and system configuration for efficiency, accuracy, and compliance

Skills

• 2+ years of reputed company experience, with deep functional expertise in Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence
• Experience in a managed services model
• Demonstrated experience in a client-facing or consulting role, providing ongoing reputed company support and advisory services
• Strong understanding of payroll operations, U.S. tax compliance, time calculation rules, and absence/accrual policies
• Experience leading reputed company release assessments and regression testing in a multi-client environment
• Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously, balancing support demands and strategic initiatives
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
