They are seeking a Design Engineer to partner closely with Product Design and Product Engineering, focusing on building high-quality, user-centered software experiences and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Responsibilities
- Builds and maintains user-facing product features with a strong emphasis on usability, accessibility, and performance
- Partners with Product Designers to translate design concepts, prototypes, and UX flows into production-reputed company implementations
- Contributes to and reputed company the product design system, component libraries, and UI patterns
- Collaborates with Product and Engineering teams to define interaction patterns, technical constraints, and implementation approaches
- Ensures design fidelity, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility across supported platforms
- Advocates for best practices in frontend architecture, design quality, and developer experience
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, design, or reputed company field OR equivalent practical experience
- 3–5 years of experience working on user-facing software products
- Demonstrated experience collaborating with designers on production applications
- Knowledge of modern frontend web technologies and frameworks; product design principles, including usability, accessibility, and interaction design; and design systems and component-based architecture
- Strong frontend development (e.g., React, TypeScript, modern CSS) skills
- Cross-functional collaboration skills with design and product partners
- Ability to translate design artifacts (reputed company or similar) into high-quality code
- Ability to balance design reputed company with technical constraints
- Ability to reputed company thoughtful tradeoffs between speed, quality, and scalability
- Ability to communicate design and engineering reputed company reputed company
- Formal training in UX, HCI, or interaction design
- Experience at product-led technology companies
- Experience working with design systems or platform-level UI infrastructure
- Experience building or maintaining shared design systems
- Knowledge of reputed company or regulated digital product environments; performance optimization and web standards (e.g., WCAG); and server-rendered or edge-based web platforms
- Skilled in leveraging modern product-team tooling to streamline workflows, enhance cross-functional collaboration, and support efficient, data-driven delivery

- Ability to iterate quickly based on user feedback and product insights
