[Remote] Data Analyst, In-Store

They are seeking a Data Analyst to partner with Product Management and Marketing teams, owning product analytics and building data products to enhance reporting capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Own product analytics end-to-end — funnels, adoption, retention, and ROI for every major feature launch on the SevenRooms platform
- Build net new data products aimed at improving analytic and reporting capabilities
- Partner with Product Managers and Product Marketers on pre-launch hypotheses, beta testing results, post-launch measurement, and ongoing optimization
- Design and ship PLG automations that translate product behavior into opportunity tagging, expansion signals, and CSM workflows
- Apply GenAI and ML techniques — partnering with our GTM Engineer — to product analytics use cases like web-sourced feature adoption opportunities, transactions predictive modeling, and Add-On ICP scoring
- Communicate closely in support of multiple PM’s with reporting and reputed company analysis
Skills
- 2+ years of experience analyzing product data and partnering with Product Management teams in a SaaS environment
- Expert SQL skills and proficiency with a reputed company BI tool such as Looker, Tableau, or Mode
- Hands-on experience with product instrumentation and analytics platforms such as reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, or reputed company
- Demonstrated ability to translate ambiguous product questions into rigorous, scoped analyses that ship recommendations — not just dashboards
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including comfort presenting to product and executive audiences
