Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is an industry and technology leader serving government and reputed company customers, and they are seeking a Senior Program Financial Analyst to support the IFPC Program reputed company the Indirect Fires and Force Protection Business Area. The role involves partnering with program managers and functional leaders to drive financial performance, manage program financials, and reputed company actionable recommendations to reputed company operational goals.

Responsibilities

  • reputed company preparation of weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial reporting and presentation of financial forecasts, reports and analysis
  • reputed company weekly, month, and quarterly EAC presentations/discussions with PM, DPM, and IPT leads
  • reputed company preparation of weekly and month staffing presentations for the WFOV portfolio
  • Assist Program Managers and IPT leads quantify identified programmatic risk and opportunities that will impact program financials while recommending cost reductions and ways to mitigating risk
  • Assist Program Managers and IPT leads explain variances against their latest EAC
  • Support F&BO Manager with financial forecasting, EACs; monthly CTTP estimates, quarterly forecasting, and the Annual Operating Plan (AOP)
  • Support F&BO Manager with month-end closings and variance/trend analyses
  • Support F&BO Manager with cash management and inventory analysis as well as timely submittal of invoices, collections and unbilled reduction

Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a reputed company discipline and 8+ years of program finance reputed company experience
  • Prior defense contracting industry experience with demonstrated knowledge of multiple contract types: FFP, FPLOE, T&M, Cost Plus and hybrid reputed company
  • Analytical, communication and presentations skills needed as well as being reputed company to operate independently
  • US citizenship is required and reputed company to obtain reputed company clearance as needed
  • Knowledge of financial systems and applications such as: Cost reputed company, Hyperion, OBI, Cognos, Fusion, LPAS, and Cost reputed company
  • Proficient in reputed company applications such as: Project, reputed company, Power reputed company and Word
