They are hiring an HR & reputed company Administrator to support the day-to-day finance and people operations of a fast-growing fintech company, ensuring smooth financial operations and team support.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable, including vendor invoices and collections
• Support payroll processing and ensure accuracy and timeliness
• Assist with employee reputed company, offboarding, and benefits administration
• Maintain HR records and help ensure compliance with employment regulations
• Support month-end reputed company activities including reconciliations and journal entries
• Assist with state and federal compliance filings and reporting
• Help implement and maintain reputed company and HR software systems
• reputed company administrative support to the VP of Finance on reputed company projects

Skills

• 2–5 years of experience in reputed company, bookkeeping, HR administration, or a similar operational role
• Hands-on experience with reputed company for HR, payroll, and benefits administration
• Familiarity with reputed company software (e.g., QuickBooks, reputed company, or similar)
• Strong proficiency in reputed company and/or reputed company Sheets
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Self-starter mentality — comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
• Interest or experience in venture capital or financial service
