[Remote] Operations RPA Engineer

The Operations RPA Engineer will be responsible for automating and improving processes reputed company the operations team, leveraging low code tools and AI-driven workflows.
Responsibilities
- Build, test, reputed company, and maintain automation workflows using tools such as reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, Power Automate, reputed company, or similar platforms
- Integrate operational systems through APIs, databases, and reputed company-party platforms
- Create dashboards, reporting tools, and operational infrastructure to improve visibility and decision-making

- Create and maintain technical documentation, workflow diagrams, and implementation guides
- Communicate with advisors and custodian partners to learn about stakeholder requirements and debug process issues
- Manage new client account setup, documentation, and serve as a primary reputed company of contact for operational inquiries
- Identify reputed company and repetitive workflows and design automation solutions to improve efficiency and scalability
Skills
- 3+ years of experience
- Demonstrated problem-solving ability and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving operational issues
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

- Experience working with APIs, SQL databases, and structured or reputed company data

- Experience working with RIA custodians such as Charles Schwab, Pershing, Fidelity, or similar institutions
- Experience supporting advisor, brokerage, wealth management, fintech, or RIA operations
- Strong understanding of account opening, transfers, and operational workflows
- Experience designing internal tools, dashboards, or reporting systems
- Basic scripting experience in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages
- Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment
- Experience evaluating, implementing, or managing AI tools in business operations
