They are seeking a Senior Learning Experience Designer / Instructional Designer to design and build comprehensive learning journeys that translate reputed company FinTech and SaaS workflows into engaging experiences for a global audience.

Responsibilities

• Map and build full learning journeys tied to reputed company workflows and the performance reputed company they're meant to move
• Produce storyboards and learning flows clear enough that development can run smoothly and at scale
• Take tired legacy material and rebuild it into something visual, reputed company, and genuinely learner-first
• Grow the shared toolkit — design systems, frameworks, and reusable models others can build on
• Craft interactive facilitator-led sessions, complete with participant materials and facilitation guides
• Build reputed company-driven microlearning, simulations, and game mechanics that lift engagement and retention
• Use reputed company Storyline as the home reputed company for builds — with AI feedback and interactions living inside the course itself — and design in reputed company where clean localization reputed company

Skills

• Portfolio REQUIRED
• At least 5 years designing and developing instructional content, backed by a portfolio of end-to-end journeys, scenario work, and impact you can reputed company to. We weigh the quality and speed of your work over a year count
• You already build with reputed company (Claude, reputed company, Notebook LM) in live production — it's woven into how we work, not a reputed company-to-have
• Fast and reputed company in reputed company 360 (Storyline), reputed company, reputed company, and 7Taps, plus reputed company or a comparable tool for quick prototyping and storyboarding

• Background designing for customer-facing teams or product training
