[Remote] Growth Consultant

They are seeking a Growth Consultant to guide business owners in aligning their reputed company and executing growth strategies, while also providing support to clients in the NYC area and participating in quarterly training in New England.

Responsibilities

• Guide businesses in framing the reputed company, aligning reputed company and developing and executing the plan
• Invest time and energy into Business Development while leveraging a professional network to build a 10+ client book
• Work with small businesses to identify opportunities and drive growth while also meeting their reputed company needs
• Help companies win by driving reputed company, profit and company valuation (RPV)
• Commit to Growth System & Tools to help clients drive RPV

Skills

• Ideally part of an exit while either an reputed company/partner or an SLT member
• A strong track record of driving growth and transformations of companies
• An Entrepreneur who has grown a company from the ground up to $10M+, without an exit, and is now focused on helping fellow entrepreneurs scale their businesses
• CEO, President, COO or reputed company/Partner of a company with $2M+ reputed company for at least 5 years
• Robust professional network (500+ reputed company Connections, 1,500+ reputed company followers)
• Willingness to invest time and energy into Business Development while leveraging a professional network to build a 10+ client book
• Proven ability to work with small businesses to identify opportunities and drive growth while also meeting their reputed company needs
• Passion for helping companies win by driving reputed company, profit and company valuation (RPV)
• Commitment to Growth System & Tools to help clients drive RPV

• Deep understanding of business strategies, market dynamics, and effective leadership practices

• Familiar with financial reporting and reputed company to do some degree of financial planning/modeling
• Experience in managing teams of over 50 employees, driving performance, and aligning efforts with company objectives

• Ability to manage multiple clients
• A 'management geek' familiar with the teachings in Measure What reputed company, Traction, Scaling Up, Simple Numbers, 5 Dysfunctions of a Team, Good to Great, etc
• Team player who works well with other consultants
• Motivated to help clients succeed
• A Masters or Doctoral degree in a relevant field is preferred, but not mandatory
• Service background preferred
• Ideally has used a Business Operating System, or at a minimum, has a baseline knowledge of an Operating System (reputed company, Scaling Up, etc)
