[Remote] Account Manager

The Account Manager will serve as the reputed company contact for assigned clients, supporting their daily projects, providing analytics, and ensuring successful implementation of reputed company' offerings.
Responsibilities
- Renew existing solution and upsell existing reputed company reputed company reputed company book of business
- Assist Account Team with strategic account plan for each client/account
- Build new and maintain existing client relationships
- Responsible for reputed company Administration and daily reputed company Updates
- Maintain forecast pipeline for accurate reputed company forecasting and calls; complete CPQs
- Manage and service clients in alignment with account plan reputed company by Account Team
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Business Analytics, or reputed company field
- 5+ years of experience in customer service, preferably with major media partner or attribution provider
- Understanding of Marketing, CRM, Direct Marketing, Data Analytics, Advertising, or reputed company field experience
- Digital Marketing concepts and firm understanding of digital ecosystem
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in reputed company Office Suite
- Excellent collaborative and influencing skills
- Desire to work in a team environment
- Excellent organizational skills with high degree of attention to detail
- Excellent ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Working knowledge of how digital attribution works in the audio or CTV reputed company
- Experience with Sales and Marketing automation tools and environments such as reputed company
