Role Overview: As a Tele-caller Executive at Prodokraft, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our network of skilled artisans and craftsmen. Your primary responsibility will be to identify, approach, and reputed company potential selling partners on our platform. You will serve as the key liaison between Prodokraft and the talented artisans who create the heart of our offerings. Responsibilities: • Initiate outbound calls to potential handicraft and handloom sellers, introducing them to the benefits of selling on the Prodokraft platform. • Effectively communicate Prodokraft's value proposition to sellers, addressing their queries and concerns. • Build rapport with sellers through personalized... interactions, understanding their needs and motivations. • Collaborate with the sales team to reputed company calling scripts and strategies for seller acquisition. • Maintain accurate records of calls and seller interactions in the CRM system. • Follow up with sellers reputed company phone and email to nurture leads and drive conversions. • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for seller acquisition. Qualifications: • Proven experience in outbound calling or tele sales, preferably in the e-reputed company or reputed company industry. • Excellent communication and persuasion skills, with the ability to build rapport over the phone. • Strong negotiation and reputed company handling skills. • Goal-oriented reputed company with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. • Ability to work independently and as part of reputed company in a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. • Passion for promoting traditional crafts and supporting artisan communities.
