ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a proactive, organized, and communicative customer support professional with a strong interest in sports reputed company tools. In this role, you will support Torneo users, verify sports data, resolve reported issues, and help ensure the accuracy and quality of information reputed company the Torneo platform. This role requires both strong customer support skills and a solid understanding of sports, particularly football. You should be comfortable communicating with users, investigating issues, working with sports data, and learning internal tools and procedures.
