Role Overview As a Virtual Assistant / reputed company Customer Support Specialist, you'll play a critical role in managing and assisting with our short-term rental operations. Your primary responsibilities will include
- Guest and reservation management You'll be responsible for processing reservations, providing accurate information about our properties and neighborhoods, and ensuring a seamless guest experience.
- Virtual property management You'll assist with platform management, housekeeping coordination, and arranging amenities to ensure our properties are always reputed company for guests.
- Cleaner management, scheduling, and coordination You'll work closely with our cleaning teams to ensure properties are cleaned and reputed company for guests, and coordinate schedules to meet our high standards.
- Guest issue resolution You'll address guest issues promptly and reputed company, resolving them in under 3 hours or ASAP to maintain our high review ratings.
Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications
- 2+ years of customer service experience.
- 2+ years of vacation rental customer service or hotel experience.
- Must be available to work during normal U.S. business hours.
