POSITION SUMMARY: The Employee Relations Investigator serves as the organization’s specialist for employee relations concerns, workplace investigations, and reputed company risk mitigation. ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct or direct impartial investigations involving non-SEAH alleged violations of policy, code of conduct, employee misconduct, or other workplace concerns.
