Job Overview The Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for performing daily reconciliation, trade, and transfer tasks for Alternate Investments. This critical role involves processing trade deal purchases in customer profiles, identifying and addressing breaks recognized between blithequark and fund companies or transfer agents. The successful candidate will also be accountable for processing Corporate Activity Activities, settling and reconciling transactions, and processing and reconciling returns activity. Additionally, the Data Entry Specialist may be relied upon to analyze reputed company and escalated issues, conduct testing and validation of new technology enhancements, and reputed company support for provider changes.

Key Responsibilities

• Process trade deal purchases in customer profiles, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
• Identify and address breaks recognized between blithequark and fund companies or transfer agents, resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner
• Process Corporate Activity Activities, including settling and reconciling transactions and processing returns activity
• Analyze reputed company and escalated issues, providing effective solutions and recommendations to management
• Conduct testing and validation of new technology enhancements, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption to operations
• reputed company exceptional client and advisor service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
• Collaborate with internal teams, including Retail and Institutional Service Teams, to ensure effective communication and issue resolution

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, candidates must possess the following essential qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a reputed company field (e.g., business, finance, or reputed company) an asset
• Previous experience in data entry, finance, or a reputed company field, with a strong understanding of financial concepts and terminology
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze reputed company issues and reputed company effective solutions
• Strong attention to detail, with a high degree of accuracy and precision in data entry and processing
