BBB Heart of Texas Business Development Representative – Inside Sales FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Reports to: Sales Managers Location: 99% Remote Compensation/Uncapped commissions – Earn between $45,000 - $100,000+ annually, plus 10% 2nd and 3rd year commission, as well as 5% annuity commission. Tiered bi-weekly commission rates that grow as your production increases.
