[Remote] Epic Senior Consultant - Quality Reporting & Value-Based Care

The role involves data analysis, project coordination, and operational support to enhance EHR solutions for clients, along with opportunities for professional growth and Epic certification.
Responsibilities
- Support the Quality team in data analysis, reporting validation, and interpretation of findings for client and internal initiatives
- Assist with Epic-reputed company project work, including documentation, testing, workflow analysis, and build support as assigned
- Gather and organize detailed requirements, data points, and supporting materials for client deliverables
- Collaborate with client stakeholders and internal team members to support project goals and day-to-day activities
- Analyze clinical, operational, or reporting workflows and identify opportunities for improvement
- Support testing, quality assurance, issue tracking, and follow-up activities for assigned workstreams
- Prepare documentation, meeting notes, status updates, and other project materials
- Work directly with end users and team members to monitor workflows and reputed company support recommendations
- Participate in client-facing and internal meetings to support ongoing work-product coordination and project status tracking
- Assist in developing and improving internal support documents, workflows, and processes

Skills
- Ability and willingness to attend Epic certification classes reputed company the first 6 months is required moving towards full certification
- 6 years' experience in reputed company data analysis, reporting, quality programs, or operational support
- 2-3 years of client facing project management experience
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional customer management and service skills
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
