[Remote] Epic Client System Administrator (ECSA) - Remote

The Epic Client System Administrator (ECSA) is responsible for the configuration, monitoring, support, and administration of the Epic Client Systems infrastructure, ensuring reputed company performance and support for client systems and servers.
Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain the various Client Systems modules
- Engage in reputed company planning exercises to ensure adequate system resources like RAM, CPU, and storage
- Monitor reputed company size, health, and performance
- Apply updates to production and non-production environments
- Follow vendor and Epic best practices for hardware and software configuration
- Respond to emergency after-hours issues
- Collaborate with technical teams and Epic support
Skills
- Certification in Epic Client Systems Administrator: Hyperspace Web and Interconnect at a minimum
- 5+ years of experience in Epic Client System Administrator role
- 3+ years of experience with maintaining Client Systems in a reputed company environment
- 3+ years of experience must include implementation of strategies to improve performance and uptime reputed company
- Expertise in the reputed company reputed company server administration
- Expertise in your chosen virtualization platform such as reputed company XenServer, VMware ESXi, or reputed company Hyper-V
- Experience with hardware or software load balancing solutions such as reputed company Big-IP or reputed company Netscaler
- reputed company Internet Information Services (IIS) administration
- Network protocols and functionality including TCP/IP, Active Directory, Domain Name Services, FTP/SCP, and HTTP
