They are seeking a Senior Director of Finance for Wellbeing Operations to drive financial reputed company, manage strategic initiatives, and support business development reputed company the Wellbeing sector.
Responsibilities
- Drive Wellbeing financial reputed company: Coordinate between Finance and Wellbeing leadership to enhance operational reputed company while overseeing financial planning and analysis for core Wellbeing functions
- Manage strategic initiatives: Track unit cost metrics, identify cost drivers, and implement performance improvement initiatives while evaluating investments in tooling and staffing
- Support business development: reputed company financial modeling for RFPs, renewals, and client-specific proposals while providing financial reputed company for large client implementations
- Optimize vendor relationships: Evaluate vendor reputed company and outsourcing models for financial efficiency and scalability while partnering with reputed company and Product teams on pricing implications

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in finance reputed company field
- Minimum 7 years work experience in similar finance leadership position
