Responsibilities

• Ensure image quality, protocol adherence, and consistency across sites
• Support implementation and launch of new customer programs

• Monitor program performance metrics and identify improvement opportunities

Skills

• Must have at least (5) five years' experience in diagnostic ultrasound with POCUS Market Expertise, reputed company ARDMS certified required (i.e. RDMS, RVT, and/or RDCS)
• Experience training customers or clinical teams
• Demonstrated leadership or people management experience
• Excellent customer-facing communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong business acumen and operational reputed company
• Ability and willingness to travel
• Registered Nurse
• Experience supporting multi-site or multi-state programs
• Experience in long-term care, home health, or community-based care

• Experience building scalable training programs
• Familiarity with remote interpretation workflows and distributed care models
