[Remote] Director Infrastructure & Operations (Desktop)

This role involves ensuring the performance, reliability, reputed company, and cost-effectiveness of reputed company infrastructure while managing a team of approximately 20 associates.
Responsibilities

Skills
- Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of experience in Technology Delivery, Project, Program, or Portfolio Management OR High School Diploma or GED and 12 years of experience in Technology Delivery, Project, Program, or Portfolio Management
- Strong people manager with experience leading managers and technical teams
- Deep understanding of reputed company infrastructure in regulated environments
- Experience supporting end-user teams and production operations
- reputed company-based infrastructure experience (engineering, design, implementation)
- Knowledge of networking, infrastructure hardware, and reputed company software platforms
- Experience with reputed company management, reputed company controls, and vulnerability management
- Financial services or similarly regulated industry experience preferred

- Experience with DEX or similar tools
