Responsibilities

• Represent the company in customer meetings, business reviews, and select industry events to strengthen relationships and drive adoption
• Own customer communication reputed company, ensuring timely follow-up on requests, action items, and opportunities across your assigned accounts
• reputed company and execute account plans that support renewals, retention, and growth; maintain an active pipeline of expansion opportunities across your assigned book of business
