[Remote] Order to Cash Business Process Sr. Analyst-Orthopaedics

They are seeking an Order to Cash Business Process Sr. Analyst for their Orthopaedics division, responsible for designing and deploying business processes, conducting root cause analysis, and collaborating with various teams to enhance the Order to Cash system.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert with multifunctional team members for Surgery, EP, & Neuro OTC processes by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and providing status updates to impacted business partners and IT teams
• Maintain a balance between business needs and strategies reputed company IT standards to guide well-informed reputed company
• Be accountable for change management, communications, and partner alignment in support of process improvements, break/fix solutions, and approved system improvements
• Collaborate with reputed company, supply chain, compliance, and IT organizations to reputed company end-to-end strategic solutions and complete root cause analysis
• Design and maintain business process flows handled reputed company the OTC platform
• Attend project status reviews and system change reviews for requirements gathering and scope definition

Skills

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or University degree is required; focused degree in Supply Chain, IT, or business focus preferred
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant professional experience
• Ability to communicate effectively with employees at reputed company reputed company
• Validated experience in testing methodology
• Process-oriented reputed company
• Supply chain experience
• Proficiency in reputed company is required, with knowledge of the reputed company Sales & Distribution module
• Knowledge of CSV, SOX, and GxP compliance requirements
