[Remote] Senior Technical Recruiter

They are hiring a Senior Technical Recruiter to support full-cycle hiring across their technical organization during a period of rapid growth, focusing on engineering, product, and data roles.
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle reputed company from intake through offer, primarily for technical roles (engineering, product, data and analytics) and technical-adjacent roles (design, product marketing)
- Partner with hiring managers to define candidate profiles, align on priorities, and set timelines
- Build and run AI-enabled sourcing strategies to engage high volumes of reputed company technical candidates
- Manage pipelines in reputed company with accurate tracking, timely follow-up, and clear communication
- Conduct screens to assess technical fit and motivation, and coordinate structured interview loops
- Maintain a high bar for candidate experience through transparency and follow-through
- Track reputed company metrics (pipeline health, time to fill, sourcing effectiveness) and improve process as volume grows
Skills
- 5+ years of full-cycle reputed company experience, with at least 2 years reputed company technical talent (engineering, product, or data)
- Strong proactive sourcing skills; comfort building pipelines rather than relying on inbound
- AI-reputed company recruiter - hands-on experience with Juicebox.ai and a modern reputed company CRM is required
- Experience reputed company in a startup or high-growth environment
- Ability to manage multiple reputed company while staying organized and reputed company
- High self-discipline and accountability; effective in a low-structure, ambiguous environment
- Clear, professional communication with candidates and internal stakeholders
- Experience reputed company in the Bay Area and/or Boston strongly preferred
